How to Reach Us
Our hotel is located in the heart of Ravenna’s historic center, just a few steps from the main monuments and easily accessible by any means of transport. Below you will find some useful directions to reach us comfortably by car, train, or plane.
By car
Hotel Diana is located in the historic center of Ravenna, at 47 Via Girolamo Rossi. For those arriving by car, the hotel is easily accessible from the main highways. From the A14 motorway, take the Ravenna exit and follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the central area, follow the directions to the Basilica of San Giovanni Evangelista, which is just a short walk from the hotel. You can park in several paid parking areas nearby or request information at the time of booking about possible agreements with private car parks.
By plane
The closest airports to Ravenna are Bologna’s “Guglielmo Marconi” Airport (about 80 km away) and Rimini’s “Federico Fellini” Airport (about 65 km away). From both airports, you can rent a car, take a taxi, or use train or bus connections to reach Ravenna. From Bologna, the most convenient option is to reach Bologna Central Station and take a direct train to Ravenna (average travel time: about 1 hour and 20 minutes). From Rimini Airport, you can reach Ravenna by train with a change at Rimini Centrale Station.
By train
Ravenna’s railway station is conveniently located about 500 meters from Hotel Diana. From the station’s main exit (Piazzale Farini), walk straight for about 5–10 minutes along Via Girolamo Rossi, where the hotel is situated. Ravenna is well connected to major Italian cities: frequent regional and intercity trains depart from Bologna and Ferrara, while regular connections are also available from Rimini and Faenza.

How do I reach the hotel by car, and where can I park?
Set your GPS destination to “Via Paolo Costa” (no street number). Once on Via Paolo Costa, turn into Via Girolamo Rossi to reach us. Avoid entering the ZTL (limited traffic zone): transit is not permitted.
Upon arrival, you can purchase a parking permit for €2.00, valid for 7 days in blue-lined public parking areas. Alternatively, the nearby Garage La Torre offers secure parking spaces for €10.00 per night.
